The Chicago Democrat alderwoman, Maria Hadden, claimed... "It seems she might have -- as they were just out, you know, people go out to the beach all the time, right, and they go out on the pier. They walk around. The shooter, Jose Ibarra - an illegal from Venezuelan, was apprehended by US border patrol in 2022 but was released into the country.
