That acronyms stands for "Lesbian, Gay, Genderqueer, Bisexual, Demisexual, Transgender, Transsexual, TwoSpirit, Intersex, Queer, Questioning, Asexual, Allies, Pansexual, Polyamorous +"... I think they forgot, U - unsure, U-unaware, C-confused, MI - Mentally Ill, etc. etc.
