NYC Student Charged With Viciously Attacking Peer After Not Giving Him Her Phone Number
A 14-year-old boy was charged with assault after body-slamming a girl to the ground and kicking her in the head, authorities say.

The violent attack was caught on video and reportedly began after the girl refused to give the masked thug her phone number.

The reason she rejected his advance is because she sensed his body language that indicates he's a control freak other than a cool guy she could spend lifetime with.
