Basically, she said no regulations in Laos but gotta follow the regulations here if you don't want to get cited and/or arrested...

It's funny though as some Hmong OG said they would be scare if they see a Hmong woman in Hmong clothes in the hunting grounds because she can be a ghost... ;D ;D ;D
