we ,the PHER, has been telling this 50 states wannabe traveler for years now
but according to him
IT SUPER COMMON HERE IN THE MIDWEST
LIKE THEY DO IN CALIFORNIA
i just laught so hard that i farted poop
NOPE, there's no "we", JUST YOU as YOU ARE the only one that said, "no fence", no other "PHER" said it. They repeat what I've stated all along:
some homes in Wisconsin has fence, some don't like in California and other states.
The neutral PH member below also stated that some homes in the Midwest have fence so that means your "no fence" claim is STILL WRONG:
Four-ft chain-link fences are the defaults. Lazy people
resort to them. Others have erected 6-ft wooden fences
as they like. The Midwestern cities usually give permissions
freely to get those fences going.
I remember my relatives in MN who always felt safer
with 6-footers and, so, they've had their houses fenced
up for privacy and safety.
Same goes for these "PHER", none said "no fence":
good point......whe re hmgrock doesn't get out much, so one little thing intrigue him.
I've been to the midwest and houses do have wooden fences. You don't get out much from the basement other than P'ing in the snow lol.
Half the town I lived in have fences... and it's a Midwest State. It's all about preferences, man. I have a full fence in my backyard.
