Like I've said from the very beginning after correcting hmgLIAR's "don't know anything" (per the neutral PH members)..."no fence" claim, some homes in Wisconsin have fence, some don't just like in California and other states...

When you travel as much as I do. these new tech can be helpful. For example when I was driving to Eau Claire...the car's computer warned me ahead of time...
