YUP, this "don't know anything" (per the neutral PH members) claim is as an EPIC FAIL as the "no fence in wi" and "no armed guards in wi" claims...made by the same idiot..

Wisconsin is like California and other states...requi res some areas/counties to do emission test, some don't so the "don't know anything" (per the neutral PH members) "no smog in wi" claim has always been WRONG!!!
