I ask a lot of HMONG FRIENDS, relatives and coworker if they going vote… NOPE!!!

or just plain lazy to go to the poll

then i told they can vote by mail
just need to upload their ID and request it
EVEN TOO LAZY TO DO THAT

yes taking a picture of your ID and maybe citizenship
