Is this a boneless turkey stuffed with red meat?  And how did you debone the turkey and stuff it with red meat?  Looks delicious, btw!

If I am not mistaken, that looks like a turducken.

I just googled turducken and it's a deboned chicken stuffed inside a deboned duck, then the duck is stuffed inside a deboned turkey.  I have never heard of this!  Thanks anchor!
Am I reading this right?...

A chicken inside a duck and stuffed into a Turkey??????????

Please someone post up a recipe.

didn't know you guys are into turducken, good eye most of you know what it looks like.  People gobble it up pretty quick at work.

The recipe that I followed is here, took me about 7 hours but most of the time was passive using a 4.5lb chicken, 6lb duck, 15lb turkey:
http://www.seriouseats.com/recipes/2012/11/the-ultimate-turducken-recipe.html

I used the sausages from the Hmong store instead because I like the flavor.  Use any type that you like.  I also added a glaze for the turkey made of: saltless butter, brown sugar, honey, apple juice, sriracha, dijon mustard and  cayenne pepper sauce.

To debone the different birds follow the master Jacques Pépin.  I did it before following one of his recipe so it wasn't too hard doing the different birds.

Here's my beef stir fry. I usually don't cook beef because I don't know how and because of the texture, but after some youtubing I attempted again. It was much better this time around.
