Did I say this year or even last? Raiders haven’t done well since 2002, exception to 2016. Hence why I said, too many years. Raiders had to rebuild a few times with coaching changes, just like any other teams. New coaches needs their own staffs. Once that is done, they add pieces. Filled the holes, that can be an ongoing thing. It’s been three years under Gruden, and not much has changed. A few more years they may need to move on. I’ll give him two more years to turn things around.
