just bought a new android phone, it's went dead on me three times already. I called costumer service and they just keep telling me I didn't charge the phone long enough, they told me I need to charge it for up to 4/5 hours everytime.
I thought you only charge it that long the first time of activating the phone....after that you only need to charge it til it's full then stop.
last night it was fully charged at 100%, this morning after receiving a call....it went dead on me again.
Does this sound like it's just a bad phone? I didn't even use it to do anything on the internet at all too last night.
