Yes, Easter.  How far away is that?  It's right when we'll be at the peak of our pandemic, but that's okay, American lives are worth less than Trump's profits.  I understand.

Leadership does this all the time.  They start with MAYBE, CONSIDERING, WOULD, SHOULD, and finally DO.  He went from maybe, considering, to would.  Then he's going to go from should to do.

It's called messaging and trying to create critical mass on a direction.
