The Auditor goes, there's a lot of air seepage behind the dishwasher..So after he left, I decide to investigate by pulling out the dishwasher and good thing I did as the drywall was all messed up and the electrical outlet was hanging on the floor, NOT GOOD  :o...probably a rat or a squirrel that did the damage ??? So I cut out all the damaged drywall to fix the issue:

Did some measurements, cutting, fitting and caulking as well as laying down some left over tiles, and problem solved  O0:

Installing the tent was a much easier task per the Auditor's recommendation s..O0:

This will take a bit more time to do and I'll need some new jigsaw blades. Looks like the builders took a short cut by just hammering a hole in instead of properly cutting rectangular vent holes to match screen so I'll have to fix their wrongs so the house can breathe better.. :-\:

Wife went around and sealed off all the heat vent holes with metal tape so that helps as some require a ladder to get to  O0:

As suspected, the builders really fukked up due to laziness  ::) ..But I'm able to fix their WRONGS so the house can breathe better.. O0:

Most probably just hose down the old screens and bolt it back up but I replaced it with new ones and good as new now  O0:
