Hard to say as they're all good as far as brands go but I'll probably stick to Apple if it comes down to it.

As far as short grain vs long grain goes..just depends on the individual but I like short grain better in terms of taste..

With that said, long grain may be a little more healthier so by "better", you're referring to health, long grain may be the way to go..
