Unless you live in Suburban area. Fences are there.

Yep, tried visual aide, links, photos, etc., of the FACT but it still couldn't help him. 

FACT: Like in California, some homes in Wisconsin have fence, and some don't ...

But he still claim "no fence in wi"...just because he doesn't get out much  ;D:

This is a fencing company in wausau wisconsin.  Now would a fencing company be in a state where they sell their fences to michigan or mn?  What do you think?

just a couple of chicken wire, which don't count
that's why it's UNCOMMON
