Mr. Biden told reporters that he had presented Putin with a list of 16 critical infrastructure entities that should be off-limits to cyberattacks. A White House official confirmed to CBS News' Ed O'Keefe  that this list is the list provided by the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA).

Those 16 sectors are: Chemical; commercial facilities; communication; critical manufacturing; dams; defense industrial base; emergency services; energy; financial services; food and agriculture; government facilities; healthcare and public health; information technology; nuclear reactors, materials and waste; transportation systems and water and waste management systems.

only an incoherent and irresponsible president would release confidential and valuable information to our adversary.
It's like telling putin he can't hit us in the face, no stomach jabs or kicking below the knee.  This would give putin every right to kick us in the balls.

It may not be a secret but puts other substructure and/or other fundamental companies at risk. 
here, we have a president who knew russia hacked us but didn't do anything (like his democratic house), took no action but instead paid them for hacking us...nor did he give any sturn warning, simply said, "don't do it again"...a strong president would have told russia to "putin" all of our money back and reimburse our losses or no summit!  russia knows we have a weaka$$ president, so does china, nkorea and iran...I would not be surprised if we get extorted again, before the end of the year and/or going forth.
