Do women enjoy having kids?

Some have up to just two.But  many have 7 to 11. Is it something enjoyable? Why so many, for those who have a lot?

I stopped being a super mom after #. Before that I would make all their Halloween costumes, bake and design their birthday cakes, decorate their parties, volunteer at their school, enroll them in extra-curricular activities, wait in long lines at Toys R Us on Black Fridays to get them the exact thing on their Christmas list, etc.

I still remember one time my husband and I hit every Target, Walmart, Kohl's, etc. just to find a Monster High doll. And that one time we hit every Gamestop, Walmart, Target, etc. just to find the specific rare Skylander because some lil' boy decided at the last minute that was the only thing he wanted in the whole entire world.

And no problem giving births? No pain? Is it enjoyable?

I can tell you from my perspective. I was emotionally numb from seeing my wife in so much physical pain. I could be descriptive but will save you from the trauma.

No need to describe any of that to me. I have seen several births when I was still interpreting for the medical profession.

That is just business with no emotional attachment, a different perspective. Think of a total stranger being in extreme physical pain and now think of someone you love being in similar pain.

I melt. I wish I could take that pain away from her.

That's what epidurals are for. 

Anyways, there is always elected c-section. Morning talkshow host, Kelly Ripa, had all her children via c-section.

Natural birth is painful enough. Why allow yourself to be cut?

It's the 21st century. There is anesthesia.

The scar is forever there.

Stretched marks are ok to have on the belly.
