Biden's Miinstry of Truth Czar Nina Jankow... pitched idea that verified Twitter Account user(like herself or her staff) be allowed to edit other people's tweets to add more context to the tweets. She wants it like Wiki...

And how do you become an expert in something? When you do enough of it... She's an expert in dis/misinformation because she has years of practices doing it.
