Well, with the emails released, we know that the mandate was base on lies. The people in power were aware that it never stop the spread of the virus but they still tried to pushed the mandate. They tried to force people to get vax by using their employers to mandate using OSHA... They only stop because people fought back. Thousands of unvaccinated lost their jobs, their livelihood, were shamed into obscurity, censored on social media, etc etc
