the drama was better on the phone. Lol!!
so, at 11am she came down to get a new key for her room because she lost it. then she tried to extend her stay by saying that her Grandma was going to call in to pay for the room. I had advised her about our 3rd party authorization forms and she walked away giving me a dirty ass look. at 12pm my maintenance guy went over to check to see if all the rooms were empty and there she was still chillin' in there. my clerk called her and asked if she was staying over or checking out. and she immediately said "I CHECKED IN AT 3AM. I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO CHECK OUT AT 12PM" so my clerk handed the phone to me and I explained it to her how its done. she got even more angry. Lol!! then she said she was going to call the Sheriff ...to report us. and sue us. because that was not right. she was not told that check out time was still at 12pm. and that she was going to contact my supervisor and that I was a super haha. and I told her to come down to the office so I can give her my supervisor's phone number myself. LOL. I checked the video ...my night guy did tell her. so I told her that if she didn't call 9-1-1 then I would because she needs to leave. Lol
so she called 9-1-1 from her room and our phone console actually shows what room the call was made from too. but after she dialed it ...she abandon the call so the Sheriff department called us! so I told them the situation and asked if they would send a patrol car out. 20 minutes later the patrol car drives in the parking lot and what does that biatch do? SHE FUKKIN' LEAVES THE ROOM. har har!!!
