yeah i jog m-w-f around lake phalen aka lake hmoobthaiteb its 3.2 miles around. its a good challenge. of course i dont fully jog it. i jog. power walk. jog. power walk. eventually i will be able to run the sucker nonstop. thats my goal. oh and my motivation is - i owe myself good health. 10 yrs of drugs has caught up. oh besides that, some chic i hadnt seen in over 3 yrs said "douly you look married and happy" i was like "WTF i really need to work out now!"

yea. i've been doing it m-w-t too cuz i go home on the weekends.
the other day i ran and big's older brother had me do all these different kinds of sit ups and stuff and dude, i couldn't get up on Monday. LOL
