I know what youre thinking...som e of the excercise routines i do sounds fake, but they are not.
Reminds me of another poster a long time ago...this guy really wanted to challenge me to a run..and i think it was a workout routine...
And then the guy posted a video of him doing his routine and i was like thiking..."thats it?"...
It was just him jogging up and down one flight of stairs up and down...
A non-athletic or regular person can do that.
But whatever I guess.
At that time, i was literally logging in 8 miles a day. I could probably do more and the most I ever did in one take was 10 miles, sure it took forever but It was done. Honeatly looking at his physique, theres no way he could go more than 8 miles.
Its more willpower than anything...
Im not in shape now and am not able to excercise all the time but...yeah, i can do 30 miles.
And I dont see what the big deal about 300 pushups and situps are. Break it up throughout the day, its not impossible, anyone avg joe can do it so I dont know why youre so shocked that some say they did it.
