Casinos are popping all over.  I get it that it generates revenues for the city and for them Indians but too many will kill off the competition.

Unless you have ties with these casinos, you really don't care who lives and who will struggle to die.

Competition is good for the consumers as those establishments will give better perks to lure you to their business.  We all may win at least in that category.

Yeah, looks like I'm going to go just to see what the hoola is all about.  I'll probably be in line with a hundred or so of the same enthusiastic folks who wants to try out their new buffet bar.  I don't think they have anything fancy like lobster or crab night.  Maybe not yet.   This casino will capture those living in the northern part of the state as they are driving down.  For the rest of us, thunder valley is far enough of a drive and with the same or not better amenities there plus I get perks there, I'll just stop at thunder valley instead.  They should have hooked up with the elk grove hmong mayor to put one south of elk grove.  That will be a sure category killer right there as it is half way to thunder and jackson and harrah.   People will drive less for their action.

Yep, lots of Hmong and other Asians in the Sac/Elk Grove area and it seems convenient like the one in Richmond for the Bay Area folks so it should do fine once Mayor Steve Ly cuts the ribbon with the casino head..

dessert bar so good, I might just as well do a all you can eat dessert day.   Just eat dessert only.

Typically, people eat sweets last.  If we are full, we might not have room for dessert or eating them might not even taste that good cuz we are full and can only eat half a bite and waste the rest.

Yeah, even the in the middle of no where Oklahoma casino starts their pay around 13 bucks according to the White girl that put my pho together. I say that's a good starting pay for a place in the middle of no where in OK.

That $13 is actually a little bit more because they don't pay state tax or is it the federal tax if on indian ground.

The toughest part about working at the casino and depending on the house rule of allowing their employees to be customers, they might end up working for free.

Unless you work at a casino, you will see how toxic it is.  I mean some people are able to make a living off it and it is only because they have tremendous focus on not being a gambler.  For the rest, good luck and good speed.

Oklahoma do have a good college program though.  The last 2 heisman came from okla.  This year, might be a 3rd one.  Former alabama qb jalen hurts transferred to ok cuz he lost the job to tua in bama.  So far this year, his numbers are way up there as ok is the number 1 highest producing offense thus far.  Plus on certain games, the highest rushing yard is the qb.  Just like raven's qb.  Duel threat.

Heard it's pretty tough to ask for a day off on short notice especially if you're a dealer... ???
