If a company is complaining that no one wants to work, it’s because they have to blame others and will never acknowledge that it’s because they were too greedy to pay the proper salary to be competitive so workers are going elsewhere.

It ain't necessarily the zip code. I'm close by and we have production starting at $17-$25.00/hr. Other jobs are following suit.

Due to the smaller market I'm making 10K-15K less than I could, but the tradeoff is in the cost of living here.
