Everyone is bad in this situation.

So this guy in MN was shot at by under cover cops who didn’t identify themselves and he shot back because he had a gun too. Cops then beat the crap out of him and the court ruled that his shooting cops was an act of self defense because cops didn’t identify themselves. Then he sues because of the excessive force used against him and says it’s not about a check; but then he accepts a $1.5million check to stop his lawsuit. Is it still really not about a check?
