Before the election Trump said starting Day one, he was going to bring grocery prices down. Now, in his first interview after getting elected, when asked if he can guarantee that,  after his tariffs Americans won’t be paying more for groceries, he said “I can’t guarantee anything, I can’t guarantee tomorrow.”
