Hey pebhmong,

Have you guys checked out Lomotif. Rival app of Tik Tok. What makes me bullish about Lomotif — its the best social app in Brazil and India. If you guys are aware Tik Tok is banned in India. Trump wanted to ban Tik tok at one point. Lomotif is the American owned verison. India is so big on bollywood I see more increase for users.

Never financial advise.

Here’s the investors deck

$Bbig

https://d1io3yog0oux5.cloudfront.net/_5f796827720a7e0029ec2fb7fdabe1ae/vincoventures/db/295/2310/pdf/2021+Annual+Proxy+Deck+Updated.pdf

$Tyde

For every 10 shares of $bbig you’ll get 1 free share of $Tyde.

Cryptyde Inc. ($Tyde) is the baby company of $Bbig. Supposely the new company of Tyde will start trading on exchange market after Vinco venture and Zash does a complete merger.

I like pennystocks and I like price discovery. I would put lomotif a price range close to Snapchat.

That market cap is not reflective of the actual company yet. Vinco venture is suppose to merge with Zash. And do a name change. Zash and Vinco venture made a partnership to buy Lomotif. Once the merger is complete the new name of the company will be call Zash Global Entertainment. Zash will handle all the shares.

Lomotif is valuated to be 4B - 5B company.

You know I don’t go by market cap. I look at the Book Value per Share (BVPS) and the annual revenue of the company. I’ll show you why later.

Can’t find the video. I’ll try my best to explain it.

So let say you own a lemonade stand. It cost you $100 to operate your lemonade stand. At the end of the year the annual revenue from your lemonade stand generates $1000 dollars.

Some business guy wants to buy your sucessful lemonade stand. Will you sell it to him for $100 dollar or $1000 dollars. This is where business valuation comes in. Imagine if the cost of ingredients went up or you werent able to borrow money for your lemonade stand. The speculation of your company goes down. My job as the business guy is to try find the underline value, bone structure worth of your company. I dont want to buy an over inflate business I want to find the best deal I can. This is something Warren Buffet does he finds intristic values in company. He uses a formula to see if companies are overvalued.

Have you looked at Chipotle, $CMG. Stock is worth $1500 and food is not that great.

I thought Netflix and Tesla was overvalued. But hey its whatever price people are willing pay. Once the Feds raise the interest rate, less people borrowing money. Economy is not spending if they cant borrow money. You’ll start seeing these large cap companies stock go down.

Book value per share  is share divide by standing shares
What you described is just income/revenue

It is $1500/share
But their market cap is only $44 billion
This just mean they only have small numbers of shares available

You take this restaurant and compare to burger king $18 billion

That sounds and number is pretty closed

I know. You’re talking about their small float because they never diluted their shares.

So BVPS its a tool to gauge face value of a stock price. We’re doing good here. Im gald you pay attention to market cap and shares outstanding.

Market Cap/ shares outstanding= BVPS

Now I plug in a number for Company XYZ

1 million market cap/ 1 million shares outstanding= $1 stock.

Company XYZ stock at book value is $1.

A tool to find undervalue stocks.
