10-10-10 is mostly for veggies
i suppose you can use it if that’s all you got

 

for lawn

get a weed and feed slow releasing
so you don’t have weed and it feed your lawn
two for one

You can use the nutrient ratio for both grass and veggies.  Fast release and make the grass greener. FYI, nitrogen definitely help the leaf turn greener while the potassium make its main root and stem stay strong and healthier.

you only be doing the fertilizer part and not the weed part
your lawn will be full of dandelion and crabgrass
