KITCHEN COOKWARE: i love my carbon steel pan... BUT this one is good too

my carbon steel pan is good...
if you keep it season and clean
and no acid food

BUT

my stainless steel pan...
boy.. that is a nothing whole level
no maintenance and you just cook..

it takes a bit getting use to it first
but once you master it...
it's almost there in terms of NONSTICK

PIC OR IT DIDN'T HAPPEN
SEEING IS TRULY BELIEVING

Nonstick my butt. I still see leftover egg parts were remained on the pan. Nice try and keep training on your cooking skills. ;D ;D

i’m making scrambled egg
shattered some bits on the sides when i was scrambling in the pan

its pretty nonstick

trying to stay away from them PFAS forever nonstick chemicals coating

i rate the stainless steel one higher

because it’s less maintenance
