What I'll do is to get a permit and built this barn into another house and rent it out.  Charge like $2000 for rent.  Mortgage for this lot is probably $4000 so it is like paying half for your lot.  What a freaking deal.

Why I say it is perfect for hmong?

Cuz hmong can be found from yuba city all the way to fresno.  This town here is in between by stockton, modesto and merced.   That's hmong territory there yo.

Most everyone can qualify for an FHA loan which requires only a 3.5% down which in this case is only $30K.  Best part is the 30K does not have to be your money.  It can be given as a gift or lent from your relatives. 

You turn that big land into a farm land and you sell your crops at the flea market.  You take your profit and you drop it onto your mortgage.   Your house will be free in no time.

Well it is California so the prices is a tad higher for the quality of life here. 

I know that some redneck cities with $850k can buy you 3 times this big.   Your neighbors may not have seen a real life azn in person until you show up.

Well I am helping my janitor's co worker to buy his first home here in silicone implant valley.  His price is around $850K. 

Ridiculous how at that pricing, you get lucky to get 2 listings in the bay area for that price.

Well in coalinga is closer to pismo beach which is closer to nkausee inlaws in pomloc

but if you want to see the living condition in coalinga, click on the link and click on street view and just view around with your mouse.  Total desert living thus why the housing is cheap cuz there is probably no jobs there worth doing. 

Thus why I say a retirement community where if you want to work, go work as a cashier somewhere.

See here's the thing.  You look at prime real estate in your neck of the woods.  Lets say 400K which is a load of cheese.  However, if you look at the bay area of California and you keep looking at it for weeks and months and then take a look at your 400K home.   Wow, 400K is nothing.  It tricks the mind that it is now cheaper.
