Friday - SVD had the best set of the night. I liked Cosmic Gate's set as well. It was also my first time seeing Tiesto with his new sound and I really liked it. I mean, he did play all his old stuff ...but SVD had me at BOOM!! too bad the sunrise kinda took me away. Lol.
Saturday - only went to take a few friends to see David Guetta. and he was pretty good if you were expecting all the mainstream stuff that he has out. just up until Flava Flav got on the mic and got on my nerves. lol ...A&B was A&B. I haven't really gotten a chance to enjoy A&B at a massive/outdoor event. I thought it was fukked up with what Afrojack said on the mic after A&B was done but damn!! disrespecting other djs are just not cool. even if its not your taste of music ...i hope it helps Insomniac next year to not mix/match genres in one stage again. what the hell were they thinking putting the only trance act on that Sunday lineup? =/
Sunday - got there early enough to catch a little Oakie before heading out to JOC. i gotta say ...he did do a pretty ok job for that first 20 minutes that were there.
JOC ripped shit up!! loved how he ended it with Find Yourself. Simon/Sean did a pretty banging job together. i swear that guy didn't look like Sean at all ...Lol!! but everybody kept telling me its him. and i've met him plenty of times before. haha! Ferry did an excellent job. well, a lot better than at Nocturnal that's for sure!! ATB was ATB. he's been throwing down those same sets for the past 3 years. a little changing would totally help him ...even tho the crowd went nuts. Markus Schulz killed it!! he never disappoints me. my first time seeing Dash Berlin ...in a way i already knew how his set was going to be. i loved his energy ...how he interacts with the crowd. it was like watching him put in a cd and then dancing with the crowd. no mixing done. Lol!! but overall ...if you wanted to listen to all those great vocal tracks ...he was the guy to play them all. and i gotta add ...my friend from Wisconsin was one of the lucky ones who got a tshirt from Dash Berlin. Lol!!! she nearly died.

had a great time. no downfalls. only that first day after the show. a lot of shit happened and i wasn't so happy when i got to the hotel. Lol!! i would definitely do another EDC in Las Vegas if the lineup is just as good.
oh and hehe!! i got me a EDC shirt.
