This is the dumbest law I have ever heard of.  In my CCW class if the threat walk away you don't shoot because it will be hard to prove your point for shooting. 

Here is how I say this is the dumbest law:  I'll go walking around calling Blacks the N word and White the Cracker/Honky word just flat out picking on people.  At the same time, I carry my Glock 30 with extra mags.  I will have a drone flying on follow me mode to witness the whole thing.  As soon as somebody touch me, BANG BANG like Chai Vang.

Here's my story: I was testing my drone, this dude or dudes approach me, demand money, I said no, they attack me, I shot them in self defense.     

This is what the drone see:  Guy walking, some guys approach him, looks like they exchange words, guy get attack, guy pull gun and shoot the aggressor, looks like self defense from the sky. 

You can pretty much go looking for target to practice, just make sure you have it on video for your defense. 

This has got to be the dumbest law ever created for people looking to kill people for the F of it.  HOLY BUCKETS!  I'm surprise this hasn't catch on, use and abuse......or maybe now that this murder got away, people will catch on, script things up and go target practice lol.

You got the look, I got the brain, lets make lots of money.....Pet Shop Boys.  Anyways people can change their look all they want but if they don't have the brain, nothing good coming.  Yasmi don't have the brain, keep doing stupid things making stupid bad choices.  It will all end at some point.

A security officer comment on the shooting during her shift at the Hmong Freedom Festival.  Looks like Jacky Vue the victim is not so innocent himself that's why he got shot.......

So much problems happening in the Hmong community nowadays and the world too of course.  Fans throwing things at artist at YDR, Paradise and Destiny having buutt hurt issues at their own collaborated concert I'm sure this is the first and last time these two bands working together.  Then you got this shooting, just find the shooter and hang him.  Who is the parents of this low life?  Hmong community is tight they will get him.

I agree with you bruh!  I have two close family who are rich, but they aren't really that happy.  They appear to be happy but they got all kinds of problem up the roof that they don't disclose.  Once a while they will vent about it and we would know.  Other families who have a well balance of most things like children, house, cars, enough money, good jobs seems more happy just doing normal family things.

Tus neeg uas paub ua neej tsis muab nyiaj npog qhov muag.  If you really pay attention families who have a balance of money, love, children, material things, etc. they are mostly overall happier than those that are rich, don't have time for people, distance from family, greedy, fear of losing money, etc.  They flash money but they really are dying inside and are not close to any real friends and family.

Don't know how many times I keep telling PH that money can't buy happiness.  Family, time and health is the most important thing in life.  I'm retired and I'm not rich but have enough money, enough of family time, kids, bought cars and houses, all kids are successful financially, don't gamble, don't smoke, don't do drugs, never laid a hand on the wife, live life not on the wild wild side but wild enough and safe, etc.  One thing I really haven't done much is travel and trying to catch up on this right now.  Overall, no ones life is perfect but mine is good IMO. 

Stop trying to make that million, it will never make you happy.

I know a few people in my time who got serious with girls they met at the club and when things went sour, I was like, "but you do know you met her at the club right?".  Yeah, I know that good and bad people can be found anywhere but just be prepare to take the insults that's all lol.

There is so so much more to it than just love, money, sex, education, etc. to make a marriage work and grow old together people. I see many young people today chasing after education, money, fun, etc. thinking to themselves that if they have this that they would be so happy and I just shake my head.  I once know a millionaire who said, she don't feel complete because she is unable to have a child of her own.  You can't have everything, if you understand this simple concept, you are already a head start and smarter than millions of people.

Its not hard to find a hot or pretty Hmong girl.  What hard today IMO is trying to find one who is attractive but she respect her body and still haven't taste the rainbow yet.  You know what they say, "you can't turn a bad girl good".

Like Chris Rock says, "you don't want to ask how many men she slept with because you don't want to know, no matter what she say, its already too much for you lol"  Chris might be a comedian, but that is as true as it gets lol.

Looks like this family are Thai resident and RIP.  On the other hand sad that video like this don't stop Hmong American from going over there even when they know before hand that they are a walking target and the Thai authorities can be bought for a few thousand dollars to hush hush on the investigation.

Any country where the authorities can be bought for an amount of money is a no no IMO to travel too.
